Law Excerpt

SECTION 3. A new section to chapter 23-12 of the North Dakota Century Code is created and enacted as follows:
Posting of signs. A sign must be posted in every public place and place of employment where smoking is prohibited by section 23-12-10 clearly indicating that smoking is prohibited.
